Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Deputy General Manager - Quality (Hospital & Diagnostic) based in Chennai. The role requires leading and managing quality initiatives for hospital and diagnostic operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quality audits, implementing quality control protocols, overseeing quality assurance programs, and analyzing operational processes to drive improvements. The role also involves reporting quality metrics, identifying areas for enhancement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational quality goals.

Qualifications

  • Must have worked in a Hospital or Lab set up
  • Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing to maintain and improve diagnostic and hospital operation standards.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and develop actionable quality improvement strategies.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare standards, compliance, and accreditation such as CAP or other regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to oversee large teams and drive quality initiatives.
