Logistics Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Specialist based in Gurugram. The Logistics Specialist will manage daily logistics operations, coordinate with carriers and shippers, and ensure timely and cost-efficient transportation solutions. Responsibilities include assisting with supply chain management tasks, managing export shipments, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role also requires data analysis and reporting to optimize logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, carriers, and team members
• Proficient in Supply Chain Management, including the ability to oversee and optimize logistics operations
• Analytical Skills to collect, interpret, and use data for improving efficiency and decision-making
• Basic understanding or experience with Export processes and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools or other logistics software systems is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is advantageous
• Previous experience in a logistics or freight broking role is a plus
