Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Logistics Department Specialist, based on-site in New Delhi. Responsibilities include managing daily logistics operations, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The specialist will oversee export processes, communicate with internal teams and external clients, and address customer service requirements efficiently. In addition, the role requires analyzing logistical data to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively and address client needs.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Export procedures to oversee and coordinate logistical processes.
- Sound Analytical Skills to evaluate logistical data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a logistics or supply chain role is advantageous.
