We are seeking an Entry-Level Logistics Data Entry Analyst to help support our growing operations.

Role Overview

As the Logistics Manager, you will oversee the strategic movement of apparel, accessories, and finished goods through our global supply chain. You will lead a team of logistics coordinators, negotiate with carriers, and drive process improvements to keep our supply chain running seamlessly. This role requires a proactive leader who can elevate our fashion operations and supply chain analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end logistics strategy for all inbound and outbound fashion merchandise.
• Establish auditing protocols for shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, invoices) to ensure strict regulatory and customs compliance across all SKU, size, and style details.
• Optimize routing and tracking processes from factories, distribution centers, and vendors to guarantee the on-time delivery of seasonal product lines.
• Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with logistics partners, warehouse teams, and internal departments to resolve escalations and reduce freight costs.
• Design executive-level logistics reports analyzing inventory flow, shipments, and delivery timelines to drive continuous supply chain improvement.
• Define and enforce data standards and operational SOPs to ensure accuracy and consistency across our management databases.
• Hire, train, and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, or fashion merchandising is required; Master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain or logistics management experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a deep interest or background in the fashion industry.
• Advanced analytical skills with strict attention to detail when managing complex SKUs and product attributes common in fashion.
• Proven track record of managing 3PL performance and leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting and vendor negotiation.
• Proven ability to direct multiple strategic priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
