We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of product movementfrom procurement and warehousing to distributionensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient transportation and distribution of goods
- Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
- Deliver and Manage inventory control, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes
- Monitor KPIs and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to shipping and logistics
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, sales, customer service) to align logistics operations with business goals
- Lead and mentor logistics staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Handle budgeting and cost control for logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics or supply chain management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
