We supply to manufacturers across industries such as plastics, packaging, construction, and industrial production in global markets.
To expand our Chemical business in Indonesia, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with strong B2B experience and industry knowledge.
2. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and expand B2B customers in Indonesia, including plastic manufacturers, packaging companies, PVC factories, masterbatch producers, construction material manufacturers, paint & coating factories, etc.
- Promote and sell company products, including PET preforms, caps, packaging films, PVC compounds, stabilizers, masterbatch, waterproofing chemicals, and industrial additives (CPE, MBS, AIM, Metal Soaps, etc.)
- Identify and approach potential clients and convert them into long-term partners
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and basic technical discussions related to chemical applications
- Work closely with the export team in Vietnam to manage quotations, contracts, and shipments
- Collect and analyze market information, competitor activities, and pricing trends
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market developments (daily, weekly, and monthly), and report directly to the Vietnam-based Line Manager
- Support customers in product testing, application trials, and feedback
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
3. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, or related fields)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Candidates with experience and an established network in the chemical industry, PVC additives, plastic materials, or related sectors will be highly preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships
- Good English communication skills (to work with the Vietnam team)
- Willing to travel for customer visits within Indonesia
4. Compensation & Benefits

- Total monthly income: USD 700 – 2000 (depending on performance)
