Job Description

About the role:

KarmaTotes makes premium jute, canvas and juco bags for corporates, hotels, events and retail brands across India. Business is growing fast — we need someone who can own the Hyderabad B2B pipeline end to end.

This is a field + relationship sales role. You'll be meeting HR Managers, Purchase Heads and Event Planners, presenting our products, and closing bulk orders. If you have existing corporate contacts in Hyderabad

What you'll do:

→ Prospect and close B2B clients in Hyderabad — corporates, hotels, events, pharma, retail

→ Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to purchase order

→ Hit monthly order value targets (with commission on every close)

→ Build long-term client relationships for repeat orders

What we're looking for:

→ 2–5 years B2B sales experience — corporate gifting, branded merchandise, packaging, or promotional products preferred

→ Existing corporate contacts in Hyderabad = big advantage

→ Proven track record of closing bulk orders

→ Hunter mentality — you're comfortable walking into offices cold

→ Hyderabad-based, full-time, on-site
