Role Overview
The Gold Loan Prime Executive is responsible for delivering end-to-end gold loan services to customers at their doorstep while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves generating new business through marketing activities and customer outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Loan Processing
- Provide Gold Loan Prime services by managing the complete loan transaction process for customers.
- Visit customers homes to complete KYC documentation and initiate gold loan processing.
- Ensure a smooth, quick, and transparent loan process.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Gold Appraisal Valuation
- Conduct accurate appraisal and valuation of gold assets submitted for loans.
- Ensure adherence to internal valuation guidelines and risk controls.
- Lead Generation Business Development
- Generate new leads through BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities.
- Call inactive or potential customers to generate interest in gold loan services.
- Convert leads into successful loan transactions.
