Job Description: Lifestyle Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Lifestyle Manager to oversee premium daily operations and provide high-end, personalized support to the Founder. This role requires a proactive professional who can seamlessly handle wardrobe management, dietary planning, guest hospitality, and luxury vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
1. Premium Lifestyle & Household Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for daily lifestyle needs, ensuring smooth and seamless personal operations.
- Anticipate requirements and resolve day-to-day logistical challenges with absolute discretion and professionalism.
2. Wardrobe Management
- Organize, catalog, and maintain high-value personal wardrobes.
- Coordinate with luxury boutiques, personal shoppers, tailors, and premium dry-cleaning services.
3. Dietary & Food & Beverage (F&B) Coordination
- Manage specific dietary requirements and daily nutritional preferences.
- Oversee meal planning and coordinate with private chefs or external premium catering services.
4. Guest Relations & Event Management
- Ensure guests receive world-class hospitality from arrival to departure.
- Plan, organize, and execute private events, intimate dinners, and luxury gatherings.
5. Luxury Vendor & Hospitality Liaison
- Manage relationships with top-tier luxury brands, hospitality groups, and exclusive vendors.
- Procure premium goods, manage high-demand reservations, and handle personal shopping tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, concierge services, or as a high-level executive assistant.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury brands, high-end hospitality standards, and premium F&B operations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Core Competencies: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
