Job Description

Duties

You will work with teams in technology hubs (New York, Boston, Atlanta, Gurgaon, Bangalore and Prague), colleagues in other locations and stakeholders predominantly in North America and Europe. Our Product Managers work closely in teams alongside experts in various disciplines - designers, engineers, more - and together the team relentlessly strives to deliver outcomes that matter. You and your team will work together to discover opportunities, experiment, test and learn, and deliver solutions using a mix of methodologies, including design thinking to help us understand people's needs, wants, and problems; lean methodologies to experiment fast and learn a lot; and agile approaches to reduce uncertainty by working in short dev cycles and pausing to reflect and adapt.

What You'll Do

As a Product Manager within the DRO GRC Platforms & Products Group, you will play a lead role across the entire business value chain: understanding stakeholder needs, setting shared Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), prioritizing work, and building and maintaining a scalable, secure and performant set of capabilities across the group's portfolio archetypes (custom, COTS and SaaS).

This would include, but not be limited to, creating and scaling new product capabilities such as:

Enabling and scaling contract generation, review, editing, approval, and execution workflows, primarily leveraging DocuSign and related SaaS platforms

Standardizing and optimizing contract templates, clause libraries, and approval routing to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance compliance

Supporting and enhancing Legal case management systems, including matter intake, workflow tracking, documentation management, and reporting capabilities

Identifying and implementing AI-enabled capabilities to support Legal teams, such as automated contract review, clause recommendations, risk flagging, document summarization, and workflow automation

Drive and mature the adoption of AI across the team's way of working

Integrating contract lifecycle and case management systems with upstream and downstream platforms to ensure end-to-end traceability, auditability, and data integrity

Defining and tracking key performance metrics (e.g., contract cycle time, SLA adherence, case resolution timelines) and developing dashboards to support data-driven decision-making

You Will

Passionately embrace user-centered design and journey-based principles

Ensure there is regular, direct interaction with the user community to empathize with their needs

Translate the user needs and vision into prioritized work

Devise ways to experiment and test innovative ideas in a rapid and reliable fashion

Take an active role in managing the backlog of team learning, experimentation, validated feature development, and debt reduction

Relentlessly measure to understand if work is creating value; define OKRs (with a sharp focus on outcomes and impact)

Make trade-offs between value, feasibility, and usability when prioritizing

You should also understand and be able to execute some of the key capabilities of experts on the team so that more work can be shared and team member empathy is ensured (e.g. UX, technical, change management).

You will actively collaborate with team members, product teams in different portfolios and stakeholders alike.
