Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Lifestyle Manager. The Lifestyle Manager will handle a variety of responsibilities, including providing high-quality lifestyle management and concierge services to clients. This role involves driving exceptional client experiences, managing personalized requests, planning and executing events, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client preferences. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, ensure all requirements are met with efficiency, and maintain the highest standard of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lifestyle Management and Concierge Services
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to excel at Event Planning and organizing tailored experiences
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to client needs
  • Professional demeanor and ability to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in luxury or high-end service industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred

Role Objective

To serve as the primary custodian of client relationships, delivering deeply personalised, anticipatory, and flawlessly executed lifestyle experiences. This role requires a nuanced understanding of client behaviour, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to translate expectations into consistently elevated service.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Stewardship
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining consistency, discretion, and trust
  • Develop a nuanced understanding of each client's:
  • preferences
  • behavioural patterns
  • expectations and sensitivities
  • Build long-term relationships that go beyond transactional engagement

2. End-to-End Request Management
  • Manage and execute client requests across categories including:
  • dining
  • travel
  • gifting
  • events
  • lifestyle services
  • Ensure delivery is timely, precise, and aligned with the Exquisite standards.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners

3. Personalisation & Anticipation
  • Leverage CRM intelligence and past interactions to tailor every recommendation
  • Anticipate needs and proactively suggest relevant experiences
  • Continuously refine client profiles through observation and interaction

4. Experience Execution Excellence
  • Oversee every detail of service delivery:
  • reservations
  • confirmations
  • special instructions and preferences
  • Ensure a frictionless, end-to-end experience for the client
  • Manage last-minute requests and high-pressure scenarios with composure and ownership

5. Client Retention & Relationship Depth
  • Strengthen engagement through consistency and relevance
  • Drive repeat usage through high-quality service delivery
  • Contribute to building long-term client loyalty and trust

Must Have:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal finesse
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to read context and adapt tone
  • Experience or comfort in engaging with UHNI / HNI clientele
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to operate under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
