Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance Advisor based in New Delhi. The Life Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying and reaching potential clients, consulting on their specific financial and insurance needs, and offering tailored life insurance plans. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, explaining insurance product features, processing policy documents, and providing excellent customer service to retain clients and ensure their satisfaction. The role also involves keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations for effective service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and skills in Insurance and Finance
  • Experience in Consulting clients and providing tailored solutions
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Capability to build and maintain strong client relationships and trust
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet targets
  • Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills is an added advantage
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in finance, business, or a related field would be beneficial
