Responsibilities:
- Contract Review and Drafting:
- Review and analyze software license and services contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Draft and edit contract language to accurately reflect the terms and conditions of licensing agreements and service contracts.
- Negotiation:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine pricing and delivery schedules.
- Contract Administration:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation through execution and renewal, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date contract records, tracking key dates and milestones.
- Update and Modify Contracts:
- Regularly assess existing contracts and update them to reflect changes in business needs, regulatory requirements, or industry standards.
- Work closely with legal and business teams to implement necessary modifications to contracts.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks associated with contractual agreements and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to address complex legal issues related to software licensing and services contracts.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and facilitate effective communication between various departments, including legal, sales, and product development.
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Monitor and ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
- Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations and legal developments to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software licensing agreements and services contracts.
- Excellent written communication skill in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with legal principles and contract law.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications.
