Key Responsibilities (Functional)
Negotiating and drafting/vetting wide ranging Agreements relating to managed training services, content creation, learning technologies and other training services.
Advice on responsiveness to RFP, to provide Queries and highlight concerns in the RFPs
Support and pre-emptive advisories to the business units.
Attributes/Behavioural Skills for the role
Awareness of issues in Corporate Training Program, Content Creation, Managed Training Services, learning technologies etc.
Must have experience in working on complex transactions, typically international in scope with unusual and complex pricing structures, multiple towers, multiple countries, and other complexity factors
Good knowledge of the Contract Act, PE, WHT, FEMA, GDPR, Arbitration Law.
Resilient under high pressure; able to balance between moving a deal forward and maintaining objectivity about the soundness of the deal and compliance with the Company's principles and standards
Excellent contract negotiation skills.
Sound research skills on legal propositions.
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office suite of products.

Financial -
Customer - Quality: Responsible for the quality of contracts on our complex deals. This will be measured by TAT and leadership satisfaction metrics.. This will be measured by TAT and leadership satisfaction metrics.
Speed to Closure: Measure and take appropriate actions to ensure transactions are closed as quickly as possible (balanced with quality outcomes) and that appropriate measures are taken to work with the supervisors if there are significant delays in closure within the Organization's control.Number: The number of contracts and Issues closed during the given time frame.

Education Qualification
- Mandatory: L.L.B
- Institute preference (If any): DU, National Law Schools at Bhopal, Jodhour and New Delhi, GNLU, BHU, AMU etc.
Technical Skills
- Preferred: Good Drafting Skills.
Soft Skills
- Mandatory: Proficient in MS Office suite of products.
- Preferred: Researches on Legal Search Engine.
Experience
- Minimum (# of years) : 8
- Maximum (# of years): 10
- Relvant experience (should not be less than minimum experience): 5 years in service sector.
Perferred Industries/companies; if any: IT & ITES
Any other detail: Candidates with sound knowledge of fundamentals of law shall be preferred.
