PART 1: THE FIRM DESCRIPTION

The legal landscape is a fog of complexity. Ambiguous statutes, endless discovery, and convoluted contracts create chaos that costs clients time, money, and sleep. Veriidiic is the antidote.

We take the most complex legal tangles-whether in high-stakes litigation, corporate restructuring, or regulatory defense-and we cut straight to the controlling authority. PART 2: LEGAL INTERN / ASSOCIATE TRAINING

Objective: To train future attorneys to stop thinking like law students (who write 20 pages to say nothing) and start acting like litigators (who write 2 pages to win).

The Golden Rule:If you cannot explain the legal argument to a non-lawyer in three sentences, you do not understand the case.

Phase 1: The Research Filter (Weeks 13)

Goal: Finding the Controlling Authority amidst the noise.

Role Description

The Legal Intern will assist with day-to-day tasks, including conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and offering support in legal consulting activities. The intern will engage in analyzing legal issues and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work at the VERIIDIIC office in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of Law, including legal principles and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to effectively assist in Legal Consulting and provide support for legal matters
  • Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts or agreements
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of Legal Issues such as compliance, corporate law, and case analysis
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Law or related field
  • 1st Year- 5th Year (B.A.LL.B.) Student, 1st- Year-3rd Year (LL.B.) Student, 1st Year or 1st-2nd Year (LL.M.) Student.
