Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and analysis on various topics related to corporate law, intellectual property, and compliance.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements under supervision.
- Support the legal team in preparing case briefs and legal opinions.
- Attend meetings with clients and take notes as required.
