Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Law Learning:
- Assist in offering legal counsel and support concerning property matters.
- Participate in drafting, scrutinizing, and refining contracts and agreements related to real estate.
- Observe and learn from managing property disputes and advocating the company's interests in legal arenas.
2. Income Tax Matters Training:
- Conduct supervised legal research on income tax statutes and regulations.
- Learn to provide insights on income tax implications affecting the company.
- Assist in crafting legal documents for income tax cases, under guidance, including responses and appeals.
3. Courtroom Observation:
- Shadow experienced legal professionals in court hearings and proceedings.
- Learn to articulate and advocate legal positions persuasively before the judiciary.
- Observe and absorb updates on evolving legal frameworks and adapt strategies under supervision.
4. Diligent Drafting and Research Development:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Learn to undertake legal research to support ongoing cases and contribute valuable insights to the legal team.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all legal documentation under guidance, upholding the highest standards of legal integrity.
