Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with PMS providers, AIFs, REITs/InvITs and intermediaries
Manage onboarding documentation for RIA, sub-brokers and referral partners
Support LAS documentation and DSA arrangements with banks/NBFCs
Draft and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs and vendor contracts
Manage office leases, renewals and compliance documentation
Provide day-to-day legal support and coordinate with external counsel
Support new business initiatives, including IFSC/GIFT City

The Successful Applicant

Qualified lawyer with 10-12 years experience in financial services/wealth/banking legal roles
Strong experience in PMS, AIFs, broking or lending-related documentation
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills across commercial and financial agreements
Solid understanding of SEBI and RBI regulatory frameworks
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple stakeholders
Business-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Prior experience in private banking, wealth management, NBFCs, or top-tier law firms preferred
