Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and legal requirements.
Provide strategic legal advice to support business objectives.
Manage disputes, litigation, and arbitration processes effectively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risks.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for legal compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

A degree in law from a recognized institution.
Proven expertise in handling legal matters within the pharmaceutical/life sciences/manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage disputes and provide strategic legal counsel.
