Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate at our office in Patna. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues, and providing support on client matters and cases. This will be office centric role with limited court visits. The individual will also need to assist in interpreting case law and judgments and contribute to the firm's efforts to simplify and disseminate legal information via its website.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and a strong understanding of legal principles
• Substantial Experience with Legal Document Preparation and expertise in handling legal documentation
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess legal information and formulate strategies
• Strong Communication skills for both written and verbal correspondence
• Familiarity with interpreting and analyzing legal issues and court judgments
• Bachelor's degree or above in Law (LL.B/LL.M) or an equivalent legal qualification
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a professional team environment
