This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Manager, based in Ludhiana. The Leasing Manager will oversee leasing activities, manage tenant relations, coordinate property viewings, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the leasing process. The role involves negotiating leasing terms, preparing and executing lease agreements, marketing available properties to potential tenants, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Leasing Manager will also support broader property management operations to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

• Proven experience in property leasing, tenant relations, and customer service
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Marketing and promotion skills to effectively advertise properties
• Analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using property management or leasing software is an advantage
• Knowledge of property regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
