What would you do This role provides client services for Learning Administration to ensure tasks are completed correctly and resource efficiencies are maintained, works closely with Delivery Services Management to identify and escalate client issues; obtains and confirms pending information / documentation, and adds and amends transaction information to client/systems responding to changes (via e-mail / telephone) so as to maintain a current visible Learning records for the client. Read, understand and analyze client process as per the business rules. Follow Work Instructions while processing. Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. Participate in client conference calls, where required and manage appropriate documentation. Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service. Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues. Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately in timely fashion. Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. Actively Participate in team activities & Organizational initiatives

What are we looking for Bachelor's degree (Any discipline)

  • 1 - 3 yrs. business experience with Learning background Desirable:
  • Exposure to BPO industry.
  • Strong customer orientation - high level of responsiveness to urgent requests or troubleshooting.

  • Organization & prioritization skills to deliver as per deadlines
  • Attention to detail & quality driven – in communications and all system transactions

  • Knowledge of Learning Processes.
  • Strong command on written and verbal English language
  • Knowledge of MS Office/Excel Skills is a required Knowledge of Saba/Cornerstone and other LMS platforms would be a plus. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with trainers, instructors, and external vendors to ensure availability and timely delivery of training sessions.
  • Book and manage training venues, facilities, and necessary equipment.
  • Manage and update the organization s LMS, including course setup, user enrollment, and tracking of training completion.
  • Generate and analyze reports on training activities, completion rates, and participant feedback using the LMS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the LMS if needed.
  • Respond to incoming mail in the Scheduling mailbox and respond within the timeframes stated in agreement and processes.
  • Contact vendors, external instructors, facility owners etc. to arrange and confirm class schedules.
  • Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries from employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Communicate training schedules, changes, and updates to relevant stakeholders promptly.
  • Escalate potential issues to Delivery Services Management, Capability Management and / or Scheduling Team Lead.
  • Respond to incoming mail in the Scheduling mailbox and respond within the timeframes stated in agreement and processes.
  • Assist in Process Improvement initiatives., Any Graduation
