Key responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Source new gold loan customers by meeting potential clients at their homes or through existing customer databases.
- Sales and Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets for loan acquisition and revenue generation.
- Gold Appraisal: Evaluate the purity, weight, and value of gold ornaments to determine loan amounts.
- On-Site Operations: Travel within a designated territory to appraise gold, verify customer KYC documents, and disburse loans at the customer's location.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and renewals.
- Marketing: Conduct marketing activities in the local area to generate new leads and build brand awareness for gold loans.
