Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) professional with

4 – 6 years of experience, preferably in the telecom industry. The role will involve designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills, ensure compliance, and support organizational growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement competency frameworks aligned with business goals and role
  • requirements.
  • Conduct competency gap analysis using tools such as assessments, surveys, interviews, and
  • performance data.
  • Curate content from internal and external providers.
  • Design and deploy learning programs (technical, behavioral, leadership development)
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders and HR.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain training records, dashboards, and compliance reports.
  • Liaise with external training vendors and partners as required.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives linked to learning and career development.
  • Support the implementation of digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and e-learning content.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years experience in Learning & Development or Training coordination.
  • Exposure in assessment centers. Familiarity with assessment tools such as case studies, role plays, and psychometric assessments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to LMS/e-learning tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
