BricknBolt is a managed marketplace providing construction services. We are category creators and front-runners in space. We are solving one of the most complex business problems and creating an ecosystem of trust for the Stakeholders, Customers, Construction professionals, and Material vendors. Construction has been a highly unorganized and severely tech-deficit industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.

● Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.

● Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs for sales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales enablement, onboarding, coaching, and performance improvement across inside sales and field sales teams. The role requires someone who can identify skill gaps, improve sales productivity, and build scalable learning programs aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams
  • Conduct onboarding sessions, product training, objection handling, negotiation, and closing workshops
  • Assess training needs through performance data, audits, and stakeholder discussions
  • Develop training content, SOPs, playbooks, quizzes, and certification programs
  • Coach sales managers and team leads on sales processes and performance improvement
  • Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, assessments, and productivity metrics
  • Drive continuous learning initiatives across inside sales and field sales functions
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align training with revenue goals
  • Conduct refresher sessions on CRM usage, communication skills, and customer handling
  • Maintain training dashboards and learning progress reports

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and sales funnel management
  • Experience in sales coaching and adult learning methodologies
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to conduct classroom and virtual training sessions
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in LMS tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM platforms
  • Experience in performance tracking and capability building

Preferred Background

  • Experience training field sales teams
  • Exposure to Real Estate or Consumer businesses preferred
  • Candidates from high-growth startup environments are preferred
