Job Description

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Manage preparation for all core training programs including coordinating planning, organization of

resources, communication with stakeholders, confirmation and prep of facilitators, material and

communications preparation

  • Support L&D communication design, planning and execution
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) set up and maintenance
  • Manage learning platform licenses
  • Support project management tasks including status reporting, metrics gathering and analysis and

risk/issue management

  • Assist in the creation of new training content and materials
  • Partner with the L&D team in the strategic L&D initiatives as needed
  • Facilitate training events as required
  • Other duties as assigned
