Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for this position will include:
- Manage preparation for all core training programs including coordinating planning, organization of
resources, communication with stakeholders, confirmation and prep of facilitators, material and
communications preparation
- Support L&D communication design, planning and execution
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) set up and maintenance
- Manage learning platform licenses
- Support project management tasks including status reporting, metrics gathering and analysis and
risk/issue management
- Assist in the creation of new training content and materials
- Partner with the L&D team in the strategic L&D initiatives as needed
- Facilitate training events as required
- Other duties as assigned
