Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruitment Team Lead to manage and guide a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US IT staffing, team handling, and client coordination, with a focus on delivering quality candidates within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of US IT recruiters
• Assign requirements and monitor team performance
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions
• Work closely with clients and account managers to understand requirements
• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates
• Review resumes and ensure quality standards are met
• Track daily/weekly team metrics and report performance
• Train and mentor team members
