Lead Technical Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Technical Recruiter, located in Hyderabad. The Lead Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding. This role involves technical recruiting, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The individual will also be involved in strategizing recruitment programs to attract top talent.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in IT sector recruitment is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
