Job Scope:
Lead platform engineering operations and managed services delivery across customer environments. Oversee infrastructure spanning hypervisors, cloud platforms (OpenStack/CloudStack), and storage systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Act as the primary customer interface for technical discussions and escalations, while driving troubleshooting across Linux, networking and databases. Provide team leadership, enable automation, and ensure continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong Technical Manager
- Should be able to Manager end customers
- Should be able to handle Managed Services
- Good Knowledge and Experience of Hypervisors viz. KVM, Proxmox, ESXi, XCPng, XenServer
- Good Knowledge and Experience of Software Defined Storage, Object Storage
- Good Knowledge and Experience of HCI Hosts
- Should be able handle multiple customers and their infrastructures Should be able to handle Customer Review Calls easily
- Building good repo with the customers and team
Must-have skill:
- Technically Strong
- Strong Linux Skills
- Strong in Databases (at least any 1)
- Hands on Experience on different Hypervisors
- Hands on Experience on Object Storage
- Hands on experience on any Public Cloud (OpenSource would be +) like OpenStack, CloudStack etc.
- Strong in Networking (at least Medium)
- Leadership skill
- Team Handling, Customer Handling
- Eager to Learn and eager to Teach / Train new technologies to the team
- Managerial Skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
- SDS, GPUs, AI-Models, Inferencing, Pass Through, Public Cloud, Databases viz. Postgres, Mongo, etc. Object Storage – S3 – MinIO, Cloudian, etc; backup software – Acronis, etc.
Qualifications Criteria:
- B. E/ B.Tech or Any relevant Degree
Certification Criteria:
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
Linux Foundation Kubernetes (CKA)
VMware Certified Professional would be +
