ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, Build, and Maintain:
• Develop scalable and resilient cloud-based infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance of services.
• Implement SRE Best Practices:
• Establish and maintain SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs to define system reliability targets and improve service performance.
• Automate Repetitive Tasks:
• Build automation for infrastructure management, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Monitor System Health:
• Use monitoring and alerting tools to keep track of system performance and address anomalies proactively.
• Incident Response:
• Lead incident response efforts, and coordinate with multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues.
• Infrastructure Optimization:
• Continuously optimize infrastructure for cost, security, and performance.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with development teams to embed reliability engineering practices throughout the SDLC.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and share knowledge through mentoring and training sessions.
