Lead Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving ABHI's talent acquisition strategy to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across functions and levels. The role partners closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, ensures timely and cost-effective closure of positions, and builds strong talent pipelines for current and future needs. It also focuses on enhancing candidate experience, strengthening employer branding, leveraging data-driven recruitment practices, and continuously improving hiring processes to support ABHI's growth and talent agenda.
