Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven
HR Intern to support our hiring and people operations functions from our Bangalore office. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on exposure in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations within a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for internship and entry-level roles across teams
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
- Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
- Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team on day-to-day people processes
