Location – Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and support roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build hiring strategies
• Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, etc.)
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
2. Onboarding
• Drive smooth and engaging onboarding processes for new hires
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for documentation, induction, and system access
• Ensure new joiners have a positive Day 1 and onboarding experience
3. Employee Engagement
• Support and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Work on improving employee experience and culture-building efforts
• Assist in organizing internal events, celebrations, and communication
4. TA Operations
• Maintain and track recruitment data, reports, and dashboards
• Ensure process efficiency and adherence to hiring timelines
• Support in building and improving TA processes and systems
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Ops / Generalist roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask across hiring, onboarding, and engagement
• High ownership, proactive mindset, and attention to detail
• Experience in a startup / fast-paced environment is a plus
