Job Description

Role Definition

The Lead - Strategy & Sales Assurance at Linde Engineering India plays a key role in shaping and executing the global sales agenda. The role involves managing Salesforce, supporting and challenging sales teams across the globe along the sales process, managing sales analytics, and running the monthly and annual sales forecasting process

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall global management of the global opportunity pipeline
  • Provide sales reporting and analytics to the top management as a basis for important business decisions
  • Facilitate sales gate review meetings with executive leadership
  • Drive the integrity and accuracy of data in Salesforce through implementing processes and tools that increase reliability. Continuously improve usability and application of Salesforce
  • Consistently improve sales processes and governance to drive effectiveness, productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with LE marketing team to align on strategic communication & marketing plan.
  • Manage Compliance Check during Sales Phase (KYC)

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/Master's degree in Finance/Engineering/Sales & marketing
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations/Sales Support/ Sales Data analytics and overall professional experience of about 1215 years in relatively similar role in EPC, Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Hands on Experience in managing a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) including improvements and customization
  • Experienced working in a global business environment and working with cross cultural teams

  • Capable of working with the management and global stakeholders
  • Capable of guiding and managing diverse team (local & global)
  • Strong capability in managing complexity across regions and functions
  • Conceptual and/or operational knowledge of CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and marketing automation is a plus
  • Structured working style and analytical thinking
