• 8+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on coding skills (.Net C#, Typescript, Angular, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Lead role.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).
• Experience with DevOps tools and cloud platforms ( Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
