Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Partner withProduct Managersto design and define new product features.
Lead,coach, and mentora team of5-8 full stack and backend engineers.
Write high-quality, reusable, and scalable code, adhering tocoding standards.
Influence thetechnical directionof the engineering team and collaborate oncomplex solutionsinvolving multiple teams.
Actively participate inScrum meetings, includingplanning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Contribute toCommunities-of-PracticeandContinuous Education programsto enhance team knowledge and skill sets.
Work on initiatives that directly impact the companyseCommerce and marketing strategy, contributing to over50% of company sales.
Ensure the implementation ofUI performance and accessibility best practicesfor an enhanced user experience.
Own critical domains and collaborate across teams to optimizeweb analytics, data instrumentation, and tracking.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor s or Master s degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
8+ yearsof hands-on experience inJavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
4+ yearsof experience working withReact.js or Vue.js.
4+ yearsof backend development experience inJava or Node.js.
Experience withTypeScriptis highly desirable.
Strong background inlarge-scale eCommerce systemsand understanding of retail business dynamics.
In-depth knowledge ofUI performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
Experience working withRESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
Proficiency inversion control systems (Git, SVN)andCI/CD tools.
Ability to mentor and lead development teams, providing guidance on best practices and system architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills and adata-driven mindset.
