Job Description

Full-Stack Proficiency (MERN Stack):
MongoDB (NoSQL database for flexible data storage).
Express.js (Back-end framework for API creation).
React (Front-end library for dynamic user interfaces, (Tailwind or any CSS framework).
Node.js (JavaScript runtime for server-side execution).
Programming Languages: Python (essential for AI/ML) and JavaScript.
Database & Integration:
Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (like MongoDB).
Demonstrated experience integrating systems using RESTful APIs and Webhooks.
Problem-Solving & Debugging: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex, real-time system interactions
Conversational AI:
Understanding and practical application of Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
Experience with leading modern chatbot platforms like Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, Kore .ai, etc,.
Proficiency in Prompt Engineering for Large Language Models (LLMs).
Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Cloud & Deployment:
Experience deploying, scaling, and managing applications on Google cloud, Cloud Run, functions, object storage, etc, or AWS (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3).
Conversational UX Design: Ability to map out and design intuitive, human-like dialogue flows.
Experience with chatbot analytics and refinement based on user feedback (e.g., identifying fallback issues, low confidence scores).
