Lead Software Engineer

About the Role:

We are an ambitious innovative SaaS data platform building AI technology for Channel Data Management (CDM), Insurance and Sports & Media technology solutions. We seek a Lead Software Engineer with full stack expertise to drive the development of scalable, secure, and high-quality products in our Channel Data Management (CDM) vertical. The candidate will lead a skilled engineering team, translating business requirements into innovative AI software solutions that will provide our customers and their channel partners with insights and granularity that would not be possible without a deep understanding of AI infrastructure and operationalizing AI to yield amazing outcomes for our customers..

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 56 engineers (24 years of experience), fostering technical excellence and teamwork.

Architect, develop, and maintain full stack SaaS applications with a focus on CDM workflows, data integration, and automation.

Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to deliver features that enhance partner data visibility and accuracy.

Ensure security, performance, and scalability of cloud-native applications in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

Drive code reviews, best practices, and continuous integration/deployment to maintain code quality.

Influence technical strategy around data ingestion, transformation, APIs, and UI/UX efficiencies.

Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills & Technologies:

Proven full stack development experience in SaaS environments.

Frontend frameworks: React, Angular, or Next.js.

Backend: Node.js, Flask, Java, or .NET.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with data processing pipelines, ETL, or data synchronization technologies is a plus.

Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases relevant to CDM use cases.

Version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills with an ability to align team efforts to business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building or scaling SaaS products in data management, channel management, or related domains.

Knowledge of containerization, orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to data security and compliance standards applicable to SaaS/CDM platforms.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
