Lead ServiceNow Developer

Role: ServiceNow Lead.

Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead to manage, design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and custom application modules. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of ServiceNow developers, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to deliver scalable and high-quality ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and support activitie
• sGather requirements from business stakeholders and convert them into technical solutio
• nDesign and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, notifications, ACLs, and integrations Lead configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or G
• RManage and guide ServiceNow developers and support team member and review technical designs, code quality, and ensure development best practic
• eCoordinate with architects, QA teams, and business users for delivery plannin
• gHandle integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and API sSupport platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and release management activitie
• sEnsure compliance with ServiceNow governance, security, and coding standar
• dTroubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance for incident resolutio
• nPrepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and deployment plan Participate in client meetings, sprint planning, status reporting, and stakeholder discussion

sRequired Skill

• sStrong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administratio
• nGood knowledge of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and SL
• AExperience in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Job
• sExperience in workflow automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Integration Hu
• bStrong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Catalog Workflow
• sExperience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and Email Integratio
• nGood understanding of Agile delivery methodolog
• yAbility to lead a technical team and manage multiple prioritie
• sStrong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
