Job Description
As the Lead for SAP S/4HANA SD, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and executing S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, and support projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of these initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of Bristlecone India Limited's S4 HANA Functional - Delivery department.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage S/4HANA SD implementation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate S/4HANA SD with other modules and systems.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Document and maintain project plans, ensuring clear communication and visibility.
- Perform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities for S/4HANA SD.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and queries.
- Stay updated with the latest S/4HANA SD functionalities and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation and support.
- Proven experience as a Lead or Project Manager in S/4HANA SD implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA SD functionalities and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in SAP S/4HANA SD or related SAP modules are preferred.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
