Job Description
As the Lead for SAP S/4HANA SD, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative and efficient solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading and managing S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring seamless transitions and enhancements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing functional expertise and strategic guidance. Your leadership and technical skills will be key in delivering exceptional results and driving the success of our S4 HANA Functional - Delivery department.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage S/4HANA SD implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Provide functional expertise and strategic guidance to the project team and clients.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct thorough requirement analysis and design effective solutions for client needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate SAP S/4HANA SD with other systems.
- Document and maintain project records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities and industry trends.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP SD, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities for complex SAP SD issues.
- Experience in requirement gathering, design, and implementation of SAP SD solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in SAP S/4HANA SD or related fields are preferred.
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
