We are looking for an experienced SDR Team Lead to drive our outbound and inbound sales efforts for the UK & USA market. This role requires managing a team working in the all shift, ensuring strong pipeline generation, and aligning closely with international sales teams.
Shift Timing:
- UK Shift (IST): 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (may vary slightly based on daylight saving in the UK)
- USA Shift (IST): 6:30 PM - 4 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of SDRs focused on the UK/USA region
- Drive outbound prospecting strategies tailored to the UK/USA market
- Ensure consistent achievement of team targets (meetings, SQLs, pipeline)
- Coach team members on cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting aligned with UK audience behavior
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and daily activities (calls, emails, connect rates)
- Collaborate with Marketing for region-specific campaigns and messaging
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion
- Optimize outreach cadences, scripts, and processes for better conversion
- Maintain CRM hygiene and generate performance reports for leadership
- Conduct regular training, shadowing sessions, and performance reviews
Required Skills and Qualities:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development / Business Development (preferably SaaS)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling or leadership role
- Proven experience working with UK/USA markets
- Strong understanding of inbound sales strategies and buyer personas in the UK/USA
- Excellent communication skills with neutral/accent adaptability for UK/USA clients
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
