What Your Role Entails
Responsible for driving business growth for the assigned Line of Business, including lead generation, opportunity conversion, and end-to-end sales closure to achieve annual business plan targets. .
What You'll Do
- Business Growth & Sales Ownership: Responsible for driving business growth for the assigned Line of Business through lead generation, opportunity conversion, and end-to-end sales closure, ensuring achievement of annual business plan targets. Also accountable for timely payment follow-ups to maintain healthy collections and cash flow.
- Product & Solution Expertise: Strong understanding of products (CT, MRI, Imaging Products), solutions, and applications with the ability to articulate technical specifications and build value-based propositions for customers
- Market & Industry Knowledge: Well-versed in market dynamics and able to develop knowledge across related business verticals. Commercial awareness, including exposure to import business processes, is an added advantage & Good understanding of technical processes and product specifications, enabling effective solution positioning and informed customer engagement
- Mindset & Behavioural Competencies: Demonstrates innovative thinking, initiative, and a self-driven approach. A quick learner who is flexible, collaborative, and capable of working across multiple teams and departments while contributing fresh ideas.
- Revenue Management: Responsible for driving consistent revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets, optimizing deal conversion rates, and ensuring timely closure of opportunities. Focuses on accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic account planning to maximize revenue realization. Also ensures effective follow-up on receivables to maintain healthy cash flow and support overall business profitability.
Your success is grounded in
- Educational Background: You should hold B.E/ Diploma/MBA
- Experience: A proven track record of 3-5 years in Sales and direct revenue generation, passion for CT/MRI machinery is essential.
- Technical Acumen: Your ability to understand technical aspects quickly will set you apart & Close monitor and drive key growth initiatives in each line of products & services
- Problem Solver: Proactively identifies business, market, and operational challenges and drives structured resolution
- Industry Insight: Experience with MRI & CT Scanner is mandatory also Imaging background
- Effective Communicator: We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport
Where you'll be
This role is based in Mumbai/Pune/Nagpur, India and will involve handling the entire Western region.
