We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple domains including IT, Non-IT, Tax, Audit, Marketing, BFSI, and Consulting. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in volume hiring, lateral and leadership recruitment, and will serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, mentoring junior recruiters, and contributing to employer branding and operational excellence. Experience in Accounting or CPA firm is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination.
Lead hiring initiatives across multiple verticals including US Tax, Audit, IT, Sales, Strategy, BFSI, and Infrastructure.
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver market intelligence and talent mapping insights.
Drive volume hiring and niche skill recruitment with a focus on quality and speed.
Oversee offer management, documentation, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new office setups, infrastructure readiness, and recruitment operations.
Maintain and optimize sourcing channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Ensure all hiring activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field; MBA in HRM (preferred or pursuing).
Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience across IT and Non-IT domains.
Proven success in end-to-end recruitment, offer rollouts, and stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn) and recruitment analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in supporting expansion initiatives.
Exposure to client servicing and cross-functional coordination.
Familiarity with HR consulting, employee engagement, and people management.

Location: Bangalore
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (5-day work week)
