Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead – Recruitment to drive internal hiring mandates across functions. The role will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining high-quality hiring standards aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters for internal hiring requirements
- Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality talent pipelines
- Track and improve key recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire)
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
- Maintain strong candidate experience and employer branding
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance tracking, and mentoring
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes and documentation
Key Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a team handling role
- Strong experience in IT/Non-IT hiring (preferably staffing or consulting environment)
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in staffing/consulting firms
- Exposure to US/Global hiring (good to have)
- Strong networking and talent mapping capabilities
