Position Summary
At PlaySimple Games, we are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our game products. This role will own the end-to-end product lifecycle while leading product initiatives that enhance player engagement, growth, and monetization.
As a Lead PM, you will collaborate closely with game designers, engineers, data teams, and leadership to deliver exceptional gaming experiences. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy, mentoring product managers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact features that align with PlaySimple's growth objectives.
The Role:
- Product Strategy & Vision - Define and drive the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and player needs.
- End-to-End Product Ownership - Manage the full product lifecycle including product discovery, requirements definition, feature prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery.
- Data-Driven Product Decisions - Define key product metrics and use player insights, product analytics, and experimentation to guide product improvements.
- Customer & Player Insights - Develop a deep understanding of player behavior and feedback to shape product features and enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with game designers, engineers, analysts, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Competitive Analysis - Monitor market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Team Leadership - Train, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, supporting their development and ensuring strong product execution.
- Stakeholder Communication - Communicate product vision, priorities, and performance metrics clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
What we're looking for :
- Experience - 710 years of product management experience - in digital products, gaming, or mobile applications, with a strong track record of delivering impactful products.
- Consumer Product Experience - Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products, with exposure to user engagement, retention, and growth strategies.
- Product Management Expertise - Strong ability to define product strategy, prioritize features, and execute product roadmaps to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Team Management & Leadership - Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams of Product Managers and Business Analysts, fostering strong product thinking, ownership, and collaboration across the team.
- Data-Driven Approach - Comfortable using product metrics, experimentation, and data insights to guide decision-making. Experience with analytics tools or SQL is a plus.
- Stakeholder & Project Management - Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, and leadership to drive product initiatives.
- Communication & Problem Solving - Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
