- Build AI-enabled, API-first product experiences in close collaboration with Engineering, UX, and Data Science teams.
- Define and drive the roadmap, and execution of merchant lifecycle solutions with a focus on delivering value, scalability, and exceptional user experience.
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking end-to-end ownership and proactively identifying opportunities for impact.
- Be deeply hands-on engaging with data, experimentation, product design, and delivery to ensure outcomes are met and drive merchant engagement.
- Hands on with tools like Amplitude, Tableau, SQL Queries, Excel and build hypothesis driven product development
- Develop and implement product-led growth strategies to drive self-serve adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate closely with enterprise platform teams to ensure architectural and capability alignment.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Analytics, and UX to deliver secure, compliant, and customer-centric solutions.

What do you need to bring-
- Minimum 10+ Years of software experience. At least 7+Yrs proven experience as a Product Manager
- Strong background in user experience design, onboarding, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with legacy system modernization and infrastructure improvements is a plus.
