Lead Product Designer

We are seeking a proactive Lead Product Designer to join our team, focusing on UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in product design and will be responsible for creating a world-class user experience by collaborating with various departments, owning all design elements, and driving the end-to-end development of products that customers love.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Product Innovation & Ownership: Collaborate with all departments to innovate and build products that customers love. You will take ownership of all design elements for different business units.
• User Experience (UX) Leadership: Drive the creation of a world-class user experience by applying UX and design standards, principles, and usability heuristics.
• Research & Ideation: Participate in research and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas, solutions, and design concepts that address customer pain points.
• End-to-end Product Development: Have proven experience in shipping multiple impactful products from conception to completion.

Skills Required

• Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of product design experience, with a focus on software products.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using design software such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Collaboration: Experience working on a SaaS (Software as a Service) product within a cross-functional, agile team. Experience with startup culture is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to present ideas to key stakeholders.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), UX, or Product Design is preferred. A UX certification with relevant work experience is also acceptable.
