About The Role
Unstop is looking for a Lead Product Designer to own and drive the design function across our products. This is a leadership role for someone who can set the design vision, manage and grow the design team, and work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver world-class user experiences at scale.
What Youll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and raise the overall design bar.
- Own the product design vision and ensure consistency across all products.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads on strategy and execution.
- Review designs, give feedback, and ensure high-quality output from the team.
- Drive user research, UX strategy, and design decisions across the product.
- Oversee end-to-end design delivery : user flows, UI, prototypes, and final experiences.
- Build and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices.
- Represent design in product discussions and roadmap planning.
What Were Looking For
- 7-10 years of experience in Product/UI/UX Design with at least some team leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma and modern design tools.
- Proven experience managing or leading designers and design projects.
- Strong product thinking, UX sense, and visual design judgment.
- Experience working closely with engineering and product teams.
- Excellent communication, ownership, and decision-making skills.
